From M6 North / South
Exit M6 junction 29, direction M65 Blackburn/Burnley.
Exit M65 junction 6. signposted (Blackburn North).
At the end of motorway slip road follow the roundabout
(Ring Road and Clitheroe) onto A6119 (dual carriageway).
At the fourth set of traffic lights turn left onto Philips Road.
Carry along Philips Road until you reach a roundabout.
At the roundabout turn left onto Blakewater Road.
Turn second left onto Capricorn Park.


From Manchester / Liverpool / Leeds
Exit M60 (formerly M62) at junction 18
Take M66 to end of motorway (then A56 dual carriageway).
Follow A56 Burnley (slip left) and pick up signs for M65.
At M65 roundabout take slip left onto motorway.
Exit M65 at junction 6. signposted (Blackburn North).
At the end of motorway slip road follow the roundabout
