WeaveMaster and KnitMaster roll out in brand new BekaertDeslee Textiles group.
In 2012, Bekaert Textiles and BMS signed a frame agreement for the installation of WeaveMaster and KnitMaster systems in all of its international production sites. Todays this is a fact. But the story continuous as Bekaert Textiles and Deslee Weaving joined their forces only a few months ago to become one of biggest mattress ticking companies in the world: the BekaertDeslee Textiles Group. And we as BMS are truly thankful to be part of this success story.
The world famous Chomarat Group has decided to install WeaveMaster MES in all of its French plants. The decision was taken after a thorough bench mark featuring several MES suppliers. Due to the vulnerability of the industry, BMS is not allowed to publish details about the upcoming partnership and the content of its contracts.
Euromap 77: a new communication protocol for injection machines to be announced at K 2016.
In October 2015, the VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau) created a working group consisting of several injection machine manufacturers and MES suppliers with the aim to develop a new data communication protocol for injection machines. The actual Euromap 63 designed in 2000 has become completely obsolete and with Industry 4.0 on everybody’s plate, the need for a modern standard became more than urgent.
